Eligibility

The competition is open to all residents of Jaipur.
2.
Participants under 18 years must provide parental/guardian consent during submission.
3.
Employees, partners, and affiliates of Near Dekho are not eligible to participate.

All entries must be submitted through the official Google Form or platform provided by Near Dekho.
2.
Each participant can submit only one entry per category.
3.
Submissions must adhere to the category rules and must not exceed the duration specified.

Content must be original and created solely by the participant or their team. Plagiarism or use of copyrighted material without permission will result in disqualification.p>

1.
By submitting an entry, participants affirm that the content is original and does not infringe on any third-party copyrights or trademarks.
2.
Participants grant Near Dekho a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the submitted content for marketing, promotion, and display on its platforms (app, website, social media, etc.).
3.
Near Dekho will credit participants for their work wherever appropriate.

Near Dekho reserves the right to disqualify or reject entries that:
- Contain offensive, explicit, or inappropriate content.
- Do not meet quality or originality standards.
- Violate local laws or regulations.
2.
Final decisions on disqualification rest solely with Near Dekho and are non-contestable.

Near Dekho is not responsible for:
- Any claims, damages, or disputes arising from the use of copyrighted materials by participants.
- Technical issues, lost submissions, or failed uploads during the submission process.
2.
By entering the competition, participants agree to indemnify Near Dekho from any legal disputes arising out of their submissions.

By participating, entrants agree to:
- The use of their submissions for promotional purposes by Near Dekho.
- Allow Near Dekho to share their content across its social media handles and app.

Participants consent to their names and entries being used in marketing materials, social media posts, and app banners.

Winners in each category will receive cash prizes and recognition, as stated in the competition guidelines.
2.
Non-cash rewards (certificates, app features, etc.) are at Near Dekho’s discretion.
3.
Rewards cannot be exchanged or transferred.

1.
Near Dekho reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the competition at its discretion.
2.
Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
3.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
